Well now that we are somewhat settled in, we have a little more space for Dreycin so we bought him a Little tikes kitchen, with grill its so cute and really keeps him entertained. He even makes the sound of water, or when he is pouring the "coffee." He absolutely loved the little kitchen my mom had bought him for her house, so we were confident it would get its use out of the money! We also splurged on a water table for Dreycin, only because I had two coupons plus they were on sale this weekend....but we are having second thoughts on the size. Due to the awful infestation of gnats in south georgia, we rarely go outside unless its early in the morning or late in the evening around 7, so if it were possible we would use it outside but water seems to make the gnats worse at times. anyways, we are debating taking it back and getting something smaller, that uses less than 5gallons of water. We got him the Anchors away pirate water table. This weekend was a very nice and relaxing long weekend, we grilled out every night and continued to deshamble our house full of stuff. We even went to Albany's first farmer's market of the season, and got some great seasonal veggies like okra, tomatoes, cucumbers. In regards to deshambling......All i can say is that we are going to have a huge garage sale before we leave Georgia. We have too much stuff... and with this move came lots of unexpected occurrences, I want to travel a little lighter when we move come May (yes in just 11months).
I have to mention that while im pregnant, im a klutz. I lose things, forget things, and ruin things. In the last month I lost 1 3g iphone (on a flight) and the other day due to carrying a dog, a baby, a diaper bag, and a bag with my 24hr urine sample spilled a drink on Derek's old iphone and ruined it. Maybe its not meant for me to have an iphone......so i decided against getting another one and got a kindle (it will be safe at home next to my bedside). Because I can read about 1 book a week, and is the key to going green never having to buy a book again. Some books should have warning labels for pregnant women, like the book I just finished last night by Nicholas SParks "At first sight" yea please dont read if you are pregnant I was in tears the last 3 chapters. Last night I told my parents I could live off of amazon, shutterfly, and target giftcards forever!
Dreycin and I start swim lessons next week on base, thank goodness they are in the mornings. And supposedly Derek will finally get his 10days off for the move, which means my house will get finished! And I can paint Bronson's letters for his room!
